Right of withdrawal No transaction is complete until you have tested and are satisfied with your order and you have a two-week period in order to do so. At Stayhard, we would want our customers to be completely satisfied or receive their money back! As a customer, if you do not wish to accept a new proposed deadline in the event of a delay, you have the right to cancel your order with no cost.
We follow The National Board's recommendations If you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered, there is a two week right of return period after you receive the goods. Customers can open the package in order to verify the contents. You always have the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock. The two week right of return period applies to all products except underwear or products that have been used. As a customer, you are obliged to organize the return of goods if you are dissatisfied in any way. Once we have received the returned item and agreed that it not damaged, we reimburse the cost within 30 days, including any fees.
